Creative Itemized Photography by Eduardo Hernández

Itemizing one’s belongings is the latest phenomenon in portrait photography. It’s about looking at what’s inside unlike the usual photography concepts of taking a look outside.Eduardo Hernandez‘ photo series entitled Refuse adapts this current phenomenon that sets different items of a certain character on the ground with additional flares of neat arrangement, personality and style. And what makes this phenomenon creative and attention-grabbing is the addition of the person who owns the items into the portrait.
What could be the items inside a swimmer’s bag? How about a university professor? You might think it’s blunt display of a consumer lifestyle but more than that, seeing such portrait helps someone know the essentials of being another personality with another style.
